Painted Eggs Manufacture
The one and only Painted Eggs Manufacture, existing on the market for 25 years, offering two different sizes of marvellous colourful, wooden, Easter painted eggs! In our catalogue, we already have 150 designs of chicken and quail painted Easter eggs. From time to time you can also find some unique and spontaneously created series of painted Easter eggs in our catalogue.
We are also open to your proposals, if you want to order a specific individualized painted Easter egg, based on your own project, please contact us, maybe we will be able to paint such an egg for you!
We could also prepare an individual Pisanka with the Logo of your company. This may be a perfect advertising gadget, as well as an extremely pleasant way of being remembered by all your Clients.

How to buy?
Painted Eggs Manufacture is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of the available products can be viewed by choosing the appropriate category.
The Painted Eggs Manufacture offers:

When choosing a specific product in our shop, please write the number of items of a given design and accept your choice by clicking ADD ITEM TO BASKET. Right after adding the item to the basket, a special icon will appear on our site, informing that the item has been added.
You can check the contents of your basket anytime, by clicking the link YOUR BASKET, which you can find under the menu, on the left side of the site. What is more, you can also find information about approximate weight of the parcel, as well as the costs of the shipment.
By clicking the ORDER icon in the following step of the buying procedure you will be asked to fill in a contact form and choose the form of payment.
Forms of payment
The Painted Eggs Manufacture shall accept the following forms of payment:
- Direct transfer into the shop's account in polish bank
- Cash on the delivery - only for shipping to Poland
- Payments through the paypal.com service
You can realize the transfer in the bank or in the post office. All the data concerning The Painted Eggs Manufacture bank account, and the exact amount of money that the client shall have to pay, including the costs of the shipment, shall be send by an e-mail, right after ordering the items.
Please write the name, surname and the address of the person to whom we shall have to send the package. Cash on delivery payment (Poland only) shall be realized at the moment of delivering the parcel, or at the moment of picking it up in the post office.
Order completion and the costs of shipment
Each and every design, which you can find in our catalogue, is fully hand painted, and that is why our company would like to inform the clients, that it is possible, that there may exist slight differences between the painted Easter eggs within the framework of one particular design.
In the case when some of the chosen designs shall not be available, you shall be informed about the possible prolongation concerning the order completion, or about the possibility of exchanging the ordered design for another design available from our catalogue.
The order in the Painted Eggs Manufacture shall be realized on the condition that the client shall make the payment transfer for the order, including the costs of shipment, and he shall disclose complete and accurate contact details, which shall enable the delivery of the parcel to the addressee.
The order shall be realised within 3-6 workdays from the moment of entering the payment into the books, or from the moment of ordering, in the case of cash on delivery orders. All products are being shipped with economic or priority mail, through the Post Office services. We also send parcels to every country in Europe and in Northern America.
The price of the shipment depends on the weight of the parcel. You can check the approximate weight and the price of the shipment at every stage of realizing the order, you can find this information in the basket, under the list of the ordered items.
Our company is not a VAT registrant; therefore we do not issue invoices.
In the case when the client wishes to receive the bill for ordered items, we will enclose it to the order.
When receiving the order, the client shall be obliged to check whether the parcel is not damaged, that it has no defects, which might have originated during the transportation. Any complaints concerning mechanical defects, which have aroused during the shipment, shall be taken into consideration only after checking the parcel at the moment of the delivery.
Complaints and returning the ordered items
When the purchased items do not meet your requirements, you can send them back within 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel. The return of the purchase might be accepted only on the condition that the client shall send an e-mail in order to inform the shop about this fact. The returned items cannot bear any signs of usage and need to be send back in original package.
The purchaser shall send the order at his own expense, sending it to the address of the shop.

We do not accept the returns send by "cash on delivery" packages.
Painted Eggs Manufacture does not guarantee the return of the whole equivalent of the purchased items (without the costs of shipment). The money shall be immediately transferred on the account indicated by the purchaser, or transferred by the postal order to the address indicated in the order. All costs, which the SHOP has born in relation with sending the purchased order, that is the costs of delivery, postage (cost of shipment and possible cost of the payment on delivery) shall be deducted. In the case of the payment by the means of the Platnosci.pl service, we shall be obliged to charge you with the fee amounting up to 2,9% of the remitted sum.
Unfortunately, in the case of the order reclamation, we cannot guarantee, that the product shall be replaced. Many of our designs are unique series. What we can offer is the money refund or we can propose to replace the ordered design with another one.
Privacy policy
All the contact details, which have been transferred to our company, while you have been filling in the order form, shall be used solely for the realization of this particular order. Your contact details and personal data shall not be rendered accessible to any third parties.
